The room had two queen beds, which was great since I shared with my mum, and the spacious bathroom made mornings easier. The fridge had complimentary drinks, a nice surprise. The location was convenient, with plenty of food options next door. Just a heads up, that alarm clock wasn’t a friendly wake-up call at 4 am. I’m from Belgium, so I need my sleep before gymnastics events—not ideal with a toddler. But overall, I laughed it off.

thoroughly enjoyed the superior queen room i had with a good mattress for sleep as well as extra seating. this location was convenient, not far from a tournament, the theatre at west hq, rooty hill and the restaurants.

The size and interior design within rooms and hotel brilliant well done novotel , you guys are a step ahead of all your competitors in giving your guests that truly home feeling whilst on a trip away thankyou.

I couldnt stay longer but am planning a trip to melbourne and you guys are my second home. So no complaints here will recommend always.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from everything we needed, and the breakfast was well stocked and good-sized.

novotel was super clean and cozy. the staff were friendly and welcoming. really close to transport and fun places like the bowling alley and an rsl club. loved the indoor pool too! the room had some nice touches like the fixed toiletries and comfy beds.

The location was good and handy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a very pleasant area. Our venue room was fashionable and new-fashioned with 2 double beds.

Flawless and clean place with pleasant staff with the manager who was most considerate-very appreciated. A great selection of food at the marvellous and delicious breakfast.

The place was quiet, we really enjoyed it. We stayed in double room with breakfast. The bar was adjoining and food they serve is fabulous.

Proximity to the Sports Park. The room was very comfortable.

Only the fact that I wanted a glass of milk (as mentioned in the previous survey) and I was told it would cost $4. I thought that was a bit ridiculous, but I've since had this explained to me.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Sydney West HQ. the bedroom was neat and airy, making it a pleasant space to relax in. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept like a child throughout my visit. the hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the arcade, which is perfect for families. the adjacent theatre, large shopping centre, and train station added to the convenience of my stay. it was a great experience!

Helpful and friendly staff who assisted in giving me directions to get to the Novotela nd then to get to a business meeting

Air conditioning noisy (sounds like a shower running) when trying to sleep. I feel you need to look at the traffic management interface between cars and people at the entrance to reception (blind corner); I actually thought you parked there whilst checking in (extremely dangerous as was pointed out to me by the staff on the desk, thankfully!).
